The restaurant, opened in 2016 by chef Jaime Young with partners Todd Enany and Adam Landsman, will mark the milestone by inviting Brooklyn restaurants to put their own spin on the iconic hazelnut-maple praline pancakes.

Beginning Oct. 1, the Sunday Stack Series, presented by Resy, will feature a new limited-time pancake collaboration each week.

The lineup includes Kellogg's Diner on Oct. 1, Leo on Oct. 8, Laser Wolf on Oct. 15 and JR & Son on Oct. 22. Each pancake will be available for one week, with specific details to be announced on Sunday in Brooklyn's Instagram.

The anniversary celebration will also include a one-day collaboration with Caffè Panna on Oct. 9.

The ice cream shop will offer a limited-edition Sunday Pancakes pint featuring the restaurant's pancakes infused into sweet cream ice cream and layered with maple-praline caramel.
