16th St Attack Caught on Camera

A man tried to attack a woman on 16th Street, but her cries for help alerted neighbors who came to her aid and scared off the vicious creep.

The Daily News reports that the attack, which happened on March 20 at about 11:30pm, was captured on a security camera. They have the video on their site, but be warned, it's really upsetting.

Though neighbors managed to stop the attack, the suspect escaped and has not been caught. He's described as a short, Hispanic man with a stocky build.
