Free Book for Book Group Consideration?

Hi, neighbors!

My new novel, The Mermaid of Brooklyn, comes out in April and I think it will be of particular interest to KWT mamas (and maybe even a daddy or two). It’s about a mother of two small children living in a cramped Brooklyn walk-up, spending a long hot summer breastfeeding in the park, trying to ignore her post-partum depression, mooning over a cute stay-at-home dad, complaining about NYC life and sleepless nights (not in a fun way), and, naturally, becoming part mermaid.

This book is perfect for book groups – it’s being published in paperback, and has a reader’s guide right there in the back. And as a local KWT mom myself, I’m more than happy to come visit any book groups or answer questions. If your book group is interested, I’ll even send you a copy free of charge.

There will be bunny crackers.
