Kensington TNR Class A Success!

Last Saturday's Neighborhood Cats TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) class held at the new Kensington Library was a big success! Over 40 cat lovers came out on a cold and rainy morning to learn how to help feral and stray cats!

With 'kitten season' quickly approaching, TNR is more important than ever. Attendees learned how to recognize and manage a feral cat colony; and received their TNR certification so they can borrow humane traps and access ASPCA's low cost spay/neuter services. Locals were happy to share their stories and exchange contact info to help the cats in our neighborhood!

If you missed this class, Neighborhood Cats will hold another TNR certification program at the Park Slope Library on Saturday, April 27th.
