Tonight is the night of the Albemarle Neighborhood Association (ANA) meeting, which will feature Lance Abrams of the NYC Department of Finance, describing how they arrive at valuations for privately owned homes, condos and coops.
The ANA meeting will take place from 7-8 p.m. at the Flatbush & Shaare Torah Jewish Center, 327 E. 5th Street, corner of Church Avenue. (Please use wheelchair-accessible entrance on the ground floor.) All members and nonmember visitors are welcome (free). Refreshments will be provided by Foodtown and ANA.
