Another Free Self-Defense Class at the Y This Saturday

Following a successful and popular free self-defense class at the Kings Bay Y at Windsor Terrace a couple of weeks ago, neighbors asked for another class, and the Y is answering. This Saturday, stop by at noon for self-defense instruction from martial arts instructor Mel Ramsey. The Y is located on Prospect Avenue at Vanderbilt in Windsor Terrace.
