Babbo's Book Club Reads Salvation on Sand Mountain

This month's book for Babbo's Book Club is Salvation on Sand Mountain by Dennis Covington, and it sounds pretty amazing:

Covington is a journalist from the South who has always been fascinated with Appalachia. A murder connected with a snake-handling church leads him into this fascinating world and ultimately, he chooses to stay. A finalist for the National Book Award, "Salvation on Sand Mountain" will leave you questioning your assumptions about faith.

The Book Club is free and open to all, but we ask that you buy the book from Babbo's (unless you already have it or will get it from the library).
