Ben Holmes Quartet - Trumpeter Ben Holmes resumes his monthly residency at Barbès following a Summer hiatus. Featuring Curtis Hasselbring (trombone), Vinnie Sperrazza (drums) and Matt Pavolka (bass), the group will perform music from Holmes' recent Skirl records release, "Anvil of the Lord" as well as new music that combines jazz, klezmer, improvisation and more.
