Brennan Joins Fight to Save the G
Assemblyman Jim Brennan, D-Brooklyn, called for the MTA to continue its extended service to Kensington.

Local pols have officially joined the rallying cry against to Park Slope, Windsor Terrace and Kensington, following the completion of repairs to the Culver Viaduct in 2014.
Assemblyman Jim Brennan, D-Brooklyn, called the G train an integral part of the Brooklyn subway network. He said the extra stops help stimulate the local economy and add vitality to both neighborhoods and businesses.
"It would be a serious loss—economically and in terms of forward-looking transportation planning—if this service were cut back to its pre-2009 levels," he said.
