Neighbor Will Turnage was just as frustrated as everyone else about the F/G subway platform closures at 15th St and Fort Hamilton Parkway. But this weekend, he decided to take do something to make his commute a little easier--and he's sharing.
"For me, the hardest part is knowing what's the best course of action," Will says. "Should I get off at 7th Ave and take the bus? Should I go to Church Ave and switch back? Should I just walk?"
Over the weekend, he built a mobile website to help him decide. Just check the Bus, Train, or Walk site when you're above ground on the F/G train after Carroll St. The info presented is based on the published schedules provided by the MTA--which we know aren't written in stone--but they can help you decide whether you should take the bus, take a train, or walk.
