Streetsblog has been keeping a close watch on the whole subsidy business for Moisha's Discount Supermarket expansion in Midwood (Avenue M), and the more they dig around to better understand what and how happened, the worse the whole affair looks: including Community Board 12 District Manager Wolf Sender testifying that everyone is behind the project, when a number of CB12 members say this project never came to the Board's attention, much less has everyone's support. Surprising?
