Today CB 12 released the minutes from its Tuesday, September 14 meeting (see here: Sept MinsOct2010AGENDA) and left us wondering what exactly happened:

They   include no mention of a presentation by District Manager Wolf Sender of its Expense Budget Requests & Priorities (also known as its "wish list") for either FY 2011 or 2012, or of suggestions made from the floor about the greening of the "Walgreen Plaza" that were presumably added to its 2012 Expense budget.

Nor do the minutes say that a draft Capital budget was distributed to Community Board members.

While talking with Karol Joswick, CB 12's Assistant District Manager, last Monday by phone trying  to pinpoint what had happened at that meeting, she kept referring to the minutes, which she took, saying things like,  "No, that was item #8."

So where is this info?

If it's not in the minutes it didn’t officially happen, right?
