With P.S. 154 students - today is the school's Second Annual Earth Day Parade, where kids will be marching around the perimeter of the school (Windsor, Terrace and Sherman streets) with reused and recycled decorations. The ribbon-cutting for the school's new garden will also be taking place.
Teacher and neighbor Melinda Fought says: "We would love to have the community become an audience for the parade, which begins at around 2:25 pm Thursday [today!]. The students are excited to share the message of saving the environment!"
