Charges Dropped Against Sex Assualt Suspect

Because the victim is unsure if Joshua Flecha was her attacker, the man arrested this week in the neighborhood as a possible suspect in a string of groping incidents was set free today. According to the New York Post, the 37-year-old woman was not willing to cooperate any further in this arrest--and who can blame her, trying to ID a man that she saw briefly over six months ago:

“I’m not sure any more, don’t call me again,” she told cops, the sources said Flecha was busted Monday after the 37-year-old victim of the subway station attack picked him out of a lineup following his arrest early Monday.
