CIA and Cortelyou Road. The 66Pct came last week. They towed cars and passed out summonses. The result? Last night cars without licenses and registration were parked at broken meters. Cars and trucks were parked in the NO Standing Zone. A truck was double parked in the NO Standing Zone blocking rush hour traffic. Repairs were being done on the sidewalk and in the street.
Is there really nothing that can be done? This is regarding the west side of Coney north of Cortelyou.
