Brooklyn Commune is kicking off long-awaited cooking classes a week from today with a pretty spicy option. Eugenie and Chris send this description:
Our first class will be on "Spices from Around the World." We'll be teaching different methods to release the full flavors and show how to apply them to soups, veggies, grains, and meats. At the end of the class, everyone will sit down to enjoy the prepared meal together.
The class is scheduled for Monday, November 14 starting at 6pm and running approximately 2 hours, and the cost is $75/person.
The class will be limited to 8 participants and RSVP is required--by phone at 718-686-1044 or in person at the counter.
