If you love Green-Wood Cemetery, or old maps, or both, here's your perfect holiday gift--a 1911 map found in a storage room at the cemetery. Green-Wood historian Jeff Richman says that an archivist uncovered 25 copies of the 100-year-old map, and they are currently selling 20 of them, framed (pick-up only) or unframed.
The map has lots of great details, including notes the final resting places of several famous people, and locations of the former blacksmith shop, the scrimshaw plant, and the stone crusher!
Proceeds benefit the Green-Wood Historic Fund. Pick up your copy here.
