Grab your outgrown, outrageous, (or outdated) costumes from
your dress-up drawer and swap them for some new, fun Halloween fashions. Last year’s hit costume or
even simple accessories are welcome at the swap, just as long as they are clean and in good condition! (How about those dance recital outfits or martial arts
attire? Those can be swapped too.)
