Crime Makes Few Stops at F/G Church Av Station

Here's some good news. The Church Avenue station on the F/G line doesn’t see much crime, said the officer at the Hoyt/Schermerhorn Transit District 30 office. There have been only 4 incidents this year: 2 robberies, 1 grand larceny (the theft of a cell phone); and an assault on a man. The perps are mainly young, although one was 47. The last incident occurred October 16. The police have made arrests for one robbery and the assault.
