On Monday, April 12, 2010 from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, at the Astoria Federal Savings bank on Church & McDonald, free to everyone:

You will be able to to register your vehicle by "VIN Etching" the windows and placing deterrent  decals/stickers on your vehicle; learn about H.E.A.T., Commuter Auto Theft and Combat Auto Theft, just to name a few. These programs are used to help in deterring and preventing auto theft.
