Dahill Gardens was built in 1949-50, at 36-58 Dahill Road, and was a rental building until 1987. Currently a co-op, it consists of two six-story elevator buildings with a connected basement. There are 84 apartments – 6 studios, 48 one-bedrooms, and 30 two-bedroom apartments. The co-op employs three full-time employees - a superintendent and two porters, all of whom live on the premises.
