Does Windsor Terrace Need Speed Humps?

Is Windsor Terrace too fast and too furious? At least a few residents appear to think so.

Community Board 7 has received several requests for speed humps to be installed in the following locations around the neighborhood:

• 18th Street between 7th and 8th avenues

• 11th Avenue between Prospect Avenue and Sherman Street

• Ocean Parkway between Caton Place and Kermit Place
