DOME Meeting Tonight 6-8

Here’s another chance to make your wishes known:  this time to the NYC Parks Department, at what one assumes will be a far more serene event than the one at CB 12.

Hosted by Councilmember Brad Lander, someone from Borough President Marty Markowitz’s office, and Brooklyn Parks Deputy Commissioner Marty Maher, tonight's PS 179 meeting at 202 Avenue C, will split the  audience into 4 or more working groups to brainstorm about improvements and changes they’d like to see occur at Dome Playground after its reconstruction.  Two Parkies will sit in on each group, assist in formulating ideas, and take notes. At the end everyone will again get together for a discussion of each group’s ideas, moderated by  Mr. Maher.
