E. 3rd Street Shooting Saturday a.m. Shatters Kensington Calm

As reported by Flatbush Scoop, a young man was shot through the window of 651 E. 3rd Street, between Cortelyou and Ditmas, early Saturday morning  around 2 a.m. The  66 Precinct called for a level 1 mobilization to find shooter.
