Participants will learn strategies for menu planning and organization, stress-free grocery shopping, and efficient cooking and storing techniques. The class will also feature cooking demonstrations and hands-on recipe preparation of tasty and easy weeknight meal solutions. Participants will come away with a plan to prepare a week’s worth of weeknight meals accompanied by customizable, delicious recipes.
