In this Pirifomis/Sciatica Release Party! students will learn the anatomy of the pelvis and the muscles and nerves that connect the legs to the spine. After the learning comes the release and you will leave both relaxed and better informed.
This is not a yoga class—there is a lecture followed by release exercsises.
