Voices from the Diaspora Literary Salon

As part of the John Oliver Killens Reading Series, and in celebration of the third volume of The Killens Review of Arts & Letters, the Center for Black Literature will host "Voices from the Disaspora," a literary salon that will spotlight writers and artists featured in the literary journal as well as writers of the recently published Kingston Noir, from Akashic Books. This literary salon will also serve as a kick-off event celebrating the Center for Black Literature's Tenth Anniversary. Featured author will be Pamela Newkirk, author of "Letters from Black America."
