Are you and your kids ready for fall sports? There are plenty of activities available in the area, including basketball at Immaculate Heart of Mary, and a number of sports at Holy Name in Windsor Terrace (more info at the Windsor Terrace Blog), and flag football at Prospect Park (more info at the Ditmas Park Blog). I'm sure that's just the beginning of the list--if you know of some other good ones, add them in the comments!
The Immaculate Heart of Mary Sports Association will hold basketball registration in the school gym on the following dates:
* Saturday, September 10, 10am to noon
* Wednesday, September 14, 6:30 to 8pm
* Saturday, September 17, 10am to noon
Teams are available for grades 3 to 8. Clinic registration is available for grades 1 to 4.
Registration fee for teams is $75. Uniform fees are $45. Clinic fees are $50 for one child and $80 for two children.
Registration fee due at sign-up. Uniform and clinic fees will be collected at a later date.
Parents must accompany their child to registration. New team players must provide a copy of their birth certificate when registering.
