F/G Service to Resume May 23

The trains are almost back to normal (for a short time, anyway). The Park Slope Civic Council and the Windsor Terrace Alliance are saying that Manhattan-bound F/G service at 15th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway stations will resume Monday, May 23.

Starting in the fall of this year, the 15th Street and Fort Hamilton stations will be closed on the Coney Island-bound side, until spring 2012.

Also, starting in late May and continuing through spring 2012, the Smith/9th Street station will be completely closed.
