Man, those Yelpers are quick. User Margaret T. posted the first review of Le Paddock last night, on the new restaurant's opening night! And it sounds like Sylvie and Gregory are making good use of the wood-burning oven:
...they make fresh baked bread that made me pity those people on low-carb diets -- crusty and a little salty on the outside and oh-so-fluffy and sweet on the inside.
