As it was correctly guessed in the comments, the red flowered fence stands outside of the Christ Apostolic Church on Cortelyou Road at East 7th Street. Though the church had its first meeting in Brooklyn in 1976, it didn't move into this building until more recently. The congregants tend to look great, as does the building.
Does anyone know what church or churches have called this beautiful building home before the CAC?
