Former Windsor Chophouse Restaurant Space Is Available at Bartel-Pritchard Square

Recent activity at the former Circles/Windsor Chophouse restaurant space right next to the Pavilion Theater at Bartel-Pritchard Square on Prospect Park West had gotten many of you asking what's coming in. Well, neighbor Tom Prendergast noticed a sign in the window that seems to show that nothing is coming...yet.

They're trying to find someone to lease the space, which has been empty since Windsor Chophouse closed several years ago. The space was sitting quietly empty until last year, when someone noticed the space was being renovated and posted pictures to Brooklynian.

Though the steakhouse didn't work out as it was, I could see the concept working in that location, if done right. What other kind of restaurant would you like to see in this prime location?
