Free Self-Defense Class at the Y This Sunday

The Kings Bay Y at Windsor Terrace presents a free self defense class by Mel Ramsay, an experienced self-defense instructor, this Sunday, October 23 from 1 to 3pm.

Members of K9WaTch will be present to answer questions and sign up volunteers, and Assemblyman Jim Brennan and Councilmember Brad Lander are scheduled to attend to participate in a dialogue on crime prevention.
