Stop by Juice Box tonight starting at 5pm for a tasting of Bulldog Gin, a spirit handcrafted in London.
You could, instead, try some wine, and a great article in Food2 proves how the guys at Juice Box will help you in that department (cheers to Steve for noticing that one!). But we're here for the gin, so, if you take home a bottle, you're going to need a suitably royal recipe:
Pink Lady
2 oz gin
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 tsp light cream
1 egg white (optional)
Squeeze of lemon (optional)
Shake all ingredients with ice until nice and frothy, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and bottoms up!
