Summer is in full swing at the Windsor Terrace Greenmarket. "We're getting right into tomato season, which is really exciting," says Market Manager Heather Rubi.
J. Glebocki Farms notes that their tomatoes are doing great, and they expect to have more and more each week through September. They'll be harvesting plum and heirloom tomatoes later this month. Their veggie of the week is black eggplant--stop by to pick one up along with a tomato, then try out a recipe for ratatouille.
If tomatoes and eggplants aren't exciting enough, tomorrow marks the return of fresh fish! American Seafood will be back at the market after a brief hiatus, so stop by and grab the catch of the day.
