Walking down along the path (on the east side of the expressway) that connects Caton and Ocean Parkway is a study in abandonment. I have not had the chance to look into greater detail in who's responsible for mowing down the waist high grass and weeds that grow with abundance, or to clean up loads, and loads of dumped trash, but someone should - and soon. (Anyone noticed the missing link - the lack of a crossing across Church Avenue to connect the paths?)
There's a blue camping chair out by the railings - wondering who'd like to hang out in a spot like that.
