Stacy Boyd from the Friends of Greenwood Playground emails to remind us that their April 24 Flea Market and Tag Sale are coming up, and it's not too late to reserve a space:
Vendors and stoop-salers, rent an 8' x 8' space for $30. If you don't/can't bring your own table and chairs, you can rent a 6'-long table and two folding chairs for an additional $15. Community organizations, bring printed materials for the community tables, and send members of your group to promote the important work you do. Many groups may be sharing these tables, so if you might need a little more space or would like to sell anything, you'll need to reserve your own table. Details about reserving your own spot are on FoGP's website.
Enter the playground on E. 5th Street, between Greenwood Avenue and Fort Hamilton Parkway, a block north of the Fort Hamilton Parkway F train station.
