Homemade Wine and Italian Cooking!

Cooking with artist Orazio! December 14th, 2013 2pm – 5pm

Enjoy a homemade pasta dish with the great painter Orazio De Gennaro!!

Appetizer: Thin slices of zucchini, grilled and then rolled with prosciutto, talegiio and basil; some with mozzarella.

Main Course: Pasta with butternut squash, red onion, pecorino and speck.

Orazio will also be bringing some of his homemade wine for you to taste.
