66TH PRECINCT COMMUNITY COUNCIL MEETING
There will be no Precinct Community Council meeting during the months of July and August. We hope you all have a healthy and happy summer. We will see you at the next meeting in September.

UNITY SHOWCASE FESTIVAL
On Sunday, July 10, 2011 from 11 am–5 pm Patrol Borough Brooklyn South will host its Annual Unity Showcase Festival at Prospect Park, Bartel-Pritchard Circle, 15th Street and Prospect Park West. There will be entertainment, food, games and refreshments. If you are using mass transit take the F Line (15th Street) or the B61/B68 or B69 buses.

NATIONAL NIGHT OUT AGAINST CRIME
The 66th Precinct would like to invite you to National Night Out Against Crime. This will take place on Tuesday August 2, 2011 in front of the Precinct located at 5822 16th Avenue. There will food and children’s rides. This is a wonderful event. We would love to see you there!

♣ ALWAYS LOCK YOUR DOORS WHEN PARKING YOUR VEHICLE.
♣ NEVER LEAVE A GPS, PURSE OR BAG, OR ANY PERSONAL ITEMS IN A PARKED VEHICLE.
♣ ALWAYS REMOVE THE GPS HOLDER FROM YOUR WINDSHIELD.   CRIMINALS SEE THESE AND ASSUME THAT YOUR GPS IS STILL IN THE VEHICLE
♣ VIN ETCHING IS AN EFFECTIVE AND FREE WAY TO HELP DETER AUTO LARCENIES. CONTACT THE 66 FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND MORE INFORMATION.
