The New York Times has a great map of the 2010 census data that came out yesterday. This image shows modest decline (beige), modest growth (light blue), and sharper growth (dark blue) in different parts of Kensington.
Another setting on the map allows you to sort by ethnicity, and shows Hispanic, Asian, and White pluralities in different parts of the neighborhood, and very few places where any group is more than 50%.
