The trees of 16th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues have been "tagged" with knitwear again this year, and neighbor Tom Prendergast sends these photos.
"Their choice of garments: two sweaters, an arm band, and a girdle," he says, "has me going out on a limb and predicting we're in for a cold winter."
