One of the 34 children who was injured when a grate they were standing on for a class picture gave way beneath them is suing for unspecified damages in a negligence suit, reports the New York Post.
Kayla Revivo was a student at Yeshivat Shaare Torah in 2009, when her class was led outside for a group photo. The grate they were standing on could not support the weight, and the girls fell about fifteen feet into a basement.
Revivo suffered a herniated disc, and has since transferred schools.
