With a fresh coat of paint, it's easy to tell from the outside that work is plugging along at Le Paddock, the new restaurant coming to the space previously occupied by Bistro on the Park (it use to be yellow). They are still in the process of renovating, but they expect to be open by October 1.
They've already posted their hours on their website: dinner every night, 4pm-midnight; brunch Saturday and Sunday, 10am-4pm.
