Leiby Kletzky's Family Sues Levi Aron for $100 Million

Nachman Kletzky, the father of murdered 8-year-old Leiby Kletzky, is suing Levi Aron for $100 million for "damages based on wrongful death and potential loss of income that Leiby would have earned had he reached working age," according to court documents obtained by the New York Post.

He is also suing Aron's father, Jack, because the killing allegedly took place inside his home.

Aron has claimed he hears voices, and his lawyers will seek an insanity defense, though he has been declared competent to stand trial. They've declines to speak about this new lawsuit, however.
