More About Changing Crossroads into Nanny Goat Hill

It can take as few as 33 minutes to transform Crossroads Cafe into Nanny Goat Hill, Jeremiah Fox tells the New York Times. The paper takes a look at what advantages there are to opening up the wine bar at night in an existing restaurant, and finds that aside from lowered start-up costs, Nanny Goat also benefits from the grade the kitchen receives, and the fact that the liquor license applies to the location.

Also of note, the Times mentions that in addition to running Nanny Goat and managing Juice Box, Jeremiah somehow finds time to be in a band. Seems he plays the drums for Third Space, a prog-rock octet that recently released a single from its upcoming second album.
