Namaste Yoga has a new schedule of fall classes, including the new pillboxing, which I've never heard of but sounds pretty interesting!
SATURDAYS 1:15-2:15pm
PILLOXING
A combo cardio class of pilates mat and low impact boxing class (burn 500-900 calories). May be modified to a low impact workout for our mature and customers with physical ailments. New on the exercise map and we are the first in Brooklyn to offer. Begins September 17. Single class $17 or purchase a class card.
SUNDAYS 1:30-2:30pm
ANOTHER ZUMBA CLASS ADDED
The Latin dance infused cardio workout burning 800-1000 calories. May also be modified to a low impact workout for our mature customers and those with any physical ailments. Come join the Zumba Dance Party, more classes added for your zumba party needs. Begins September 18.

MOMMY & ME 6-WEEK YOGA CLASS
$100 for six weeks or $25 drop-ins.
FORMING choose a day Mon or Wed and a time 9:45-10:30 or 10-10:45am (majority will dictate class day and time). We need a minimum of 8 families to run the program. Call or email the studio and sign up asap. Will begin in September.
