Crossroads Cafe's Suzanne Meehan sends word about some changes:
Starting May 2, we are now open until 8pm everyday, and our takeout window is open from 6:30am - 9am Monday to Friday. In addition we now have a General Manager, Rado Ganev, who comes to us from Ceci Cela in Soho. At Ceci Cela, Rado was the general manager for both of their retail locations before heading their wholesale disvision in Williamsburg. He has many years of experience in the cafe industry and is very excited to be working in our community. Rado has been working at the cafe the last few weeks, so some of you may have already met him. Please feel free to approach Rado with your concerns or requests. (Compliments are welcome too) Rado will be in charge of the day to day operations at the cafe, and will be rolling out several new menu items in the next few weeks, including seasonal salads, sandwiches, and crepes. In addition we will be offering tarts and cakes of all sizes, as well as custom cakes for special occasions.
Rounding out our team at the cafe are Luis, Tabrin, and Lucy, all experienced baristas with several years of customer service between them. They are all settling in and getting to know our customers as you get to know them. Thank you for welcoming them.

In addition to our staffing changes we are in the process of renovating our space to bring you more seating and more display area for our products.
Yasmin and I will be focusing on the downtown location, Crossroads To Go, but you will still see us at the cafe and we will continue to work behind the scenes to bring you the best that Brooklyn has to offer in baked goods and cafe food and service.
