According to the guys renovating the corner across from The Oak & The Iris, it is expected to become a yoga studio in a few months, and the word on the street is that the old DeBlasio's office will be transformed into a Caribbean restaurant. I say this with limited confidence, so if anyone has better sources, do chime in.
When I stuck my head into the to be Soho Cafe and Grill on Church, they were busily renovating, and it is coming along nicely.
