Brancaccio's is my favorite place to buy bread in this end of the neighborhood. I send my son with $2.50 whenever we have pasta (at least twice a week!) to buy a loaf of Italian. Brancaccio’s lard bread—called prosciutto bread by fancier types - must be preordered, and is so worth it. And while you're there - rotisserie chicken is only $6! A chicken, bread, and side costs roughly the same as Rocky’s Pizza delivery. You choose.
