Are you still waiting for a package from UPS? The New York Post says a lot of people in Kensington and Windsor Terrace are, and like so many other problems in the past month, it's because of the weather. Drivers who can't double park on an icy street that's covered in enormous piles of snow are postponing those deliveries:
"What's the point of having an accident -- probably $3,000 -- to deliver a $30 package?" driver Sharleene Daley told The Post. When side streets are obstructed or dangerous, it's up to the judgment of individual drivers to decide if deliveries can be made, UPS spokeswoman Kristen Petrella told The Post. "We just need the sun to try to come out."
